Sales Director

The Sales Director leads sales and marketing activities according to established business strategy. S/he promotes and sells the Two-way Strong products to the U.S. market and to select foreign markets. S/he develops and manages agreements with a wide range of organizations across multiple industries. S/he conducts market research to plan, execute, and manage sales and marketing campaigns. S/he sets and meets monthly and quarterly sales goals. As an early team member in this start-up technology business, the Sales Director will contribute to establishing the Two-way Strong brand across the United States and the world. You’ll be a key leader of a very forward-looking team. This position is 100% remote work from home. The Sales Director should live in or near Washington, DC, New York, San Francisco, or Los Angeles.


Summary of Duties and Responsibilities

  • 45% Sales
  • 45% Marketing-communications
  • 10% Business Strategy



  • Bachelor of Arts degree related to business, marketing, or communications
  • At least 10 years of experience in the sales and marketing field, preferably in the area of business technology
  • Knowledge and understanding of banking operations, payments, and financial regulation
  • Exceptional skill in diplomacy and tact
  • Ability to negotiate agreements
  • Ability to work and succeed in a regulated industry
  • Excellent judgment and discretion
